At Snooze Haven, we are committed to providing FREE & FAST delivery across the UK. Our goal is to ensure that your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition, with the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Delivery Information

We proudly offer FREE delivery to most areas across the UK. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation, typically within 24–48 hours, with an estimated delivery window of 7 to 14 days. In some cases, delivery may be quicker, depending on production schedules, delivery routes, or other factors specific to your location.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we kindly ask that all customers provide an up-to-date mobile number and email address. This helps us keep you informed of your delivery status.

While over 95% of our products are in stock, please note that there may be rare instances where delivery times extend to 21 working days if an item is out of stock.

If you need an item urgently or have a specific delivery date in mind, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team. We will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

We use a specialist delivery service for over 95% of our orders, ensuring safe and damage-free delivery. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for an exchange at no extra charge. All deliveries are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Please Note:

  • Divan beds and certain mattresses may take up to 7–14 working days for delivery in some cases.

  • Delivery to remote areas, such as highland regions in Northern Scotland or offshore islands, may not be possible. If you are located in such areas, please contact us prior to placing your order. In some cases, we may reach out if we receive an order from these locations.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, we offer a 14-day returns window from the date of delivery. After your item is collected, please allow 2–4 working days for your refund to be processed.

Return Charges:

  • A collection fee of £69.00 applies, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Items must be returned in original packaging and condition to qualify for a return.

  • Please note that goods that have been assembled or opened cannot be returned unless faulty.

Delivery to Offshore Locations

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to offshore islands or certain remote locations. If you are located outside of the UK mainland, please contact us to discuss potential delivery options before placing your order.

Cancellations & Refunds

We take great care in selecting our products and are confident you will love your purchase. However, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to arrange a return and refund.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item, and please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges & Replacements

If you receive any damaged or faulty goods, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange an exchange or replacement. In some cases, we may request photographic evidence for damaged items.

For missing parts, please notify us promptly, and we will dispatch the missing components as quickly as possible. Please note, a £49 exchange charge may apply.
